Very nice and honest people in the office and at the site. Hard workers. They have a lot of trouble accurately estimating the time it will take to do things and when they will arrive, though. It is clearly unintentional. But play it safe and expect it to take longer than they say.

We were insisting on getting multiple quotes, but after our visit with Mike we felt very comfortable that we were going to be taken well care of. We are happy we made that decision and chose this company to do the work. We were most impressed with the follow up from the office and staff. We received multiple thank you emails for choosing them and checking on us. They asked us to provide some feedback online to express how we feel about the company and our experience whether good or bad. We give this company a 5 star rating for all areas of service from the initial call, to the salesperson and the team of hard working men who did the work and the follow up from the nice ladies in the office. We hope to not need the water services ever again but would be happy to share their information to others with a similar problem. 

I am extremely pleased with the outcome with the project. For such a large project there was very little disturbance. The clean up was super and we would highly recommend to others.

We had a water problem in our basement and contacted Worldwide Waterproofing & Foundation Repair on a Monday. They responded within 24 hours with an on site estimate and the job was completed by the end of the week. They were informative about the recommended process and took the time to answer our questions during the actual work. Staff in the office were very helpful, keeping in contact throughout the job and following through after the work was completed. Overall our experience was very positive and we would use Worldwide again.

This company's crew was on time, friendly and polite and responsive to all my questions and concerns. We had a small glitch in the process and they returned the next day to evaluate the problem and fix it. I would recommend this company to all.

Came out and looked at foundation issue. They were the only company that gave me an honest assessment. Other two local companies in Maryland wanted me to sign to spend over $40,000. Worldwide waterproofing advised me to contact lawyer from previous work done.

Outstanding compasny to deal with , very prompt and clean . kept dust down , where i was so worried about. no more water.

Great job !! Very pleased with this company Wasnot the cheapest ,but they took 2 hours to explain why the work proposed by other company was not going to work. I did not mind spending a little more for a ,now a dry leak free basement.

I would Highly recommend Worldwide Waterproofing & Foundation Repair, Inc. for waterproofing and/or foundation repair work. I had four companies submit a proposal for cracks found in block walls and water coming into basement and garage. Worldwide waterproofing had the most complete solution and reasonable pricing. It is a family owned business with a big company service. After work began, two more large cracks were discovered that were not visible during the initial inspections due to a former company (B-Dry who "waterproofed" our basement in 1994) had covered the cracks with plastic cover but had not repaired the cracks. One crack was so large and severe it cracked the footer and the crack was through both the interior block wall and the exterior brick wall. They called me down to show me what was found. I could not believe the other company in 1994 just covered the crack. A special addendum was created to cover this work and the additional cost was reasonable since this now required excavating both interior and exterior to properly repair the area. VERY PROFESSIONAL, courteous, clean and on time. Five star company.

They installed the French drain inside and box drain in the outdoor stairwell. Work was done well, on time and Price was cheaper than competitors. I would choose them again and recommend them to others.
